Morocco88 is a student-led after-school music program founded in 2024 and active in high schools and middle schools across Morocco.
Our Mission
Founded in 2024, Morocco88 is a student-led after-school music program in Moroccan high schools. It is a powerful, inspiring network of committed young people who believe music and inclusion can transform people, communities, and the world.
We encourage young Moroccans to take initiative and build strong communities through music-making and respect for cultures.
The 3 Values
Club Structure
Each Morocco88 club is built around a committed team with clear, complementary roles.
Leader & Co-Leader
Elected by their peers for a renewable one-year term. They oversee weekly meetings and communication.
Members
Open to every student at the school, musicians and non-musicians alike. Roles include events, communication, and performance.
Faculty Advisor
A teacher or administrator who ensures a safe, suitable working environment within the school.
Club Coordinator
An adult from the central Morocco88 organization who provides methodological support and ensures follow-up throughout the Annual Cycle.
